Dr Karnad worked as Professor and Head of Unit at Seth GS Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai for 22 years where he also headed the Medical and Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit before going on to set up the entire ICU system at SevenHills Hospital Mumbai. He now works as intensivist at Jupiter Hospital Thane. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine since 2003.
His experience in intensive care and internal medicine is unparalleled. His academic brilliance goes hand in hand with his expert clinical acumen and he brings to his patient care a rare combination of compassion and clinical excellence that adds to the healing touch. He specializes in all aspects of Critical Care Medicine with special interest in critical illness in tropical infections, obstetric patients and toxicological emergencies. He has a keen interest in clinical research and biostatistics.
Dr Uday Nadkarni: Paediatrics and Paediatric Intensive Care

Dr Nadkarni is an eminent paediatrician whose patients (children and their families) are as devoted to him as he is attached to them. He was the key person in setting up Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at KEM hospital. Later he joined as consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Royal Hospital, Muscat, Oman as Joint In-charge of Paediatric Intensive Care and Post Paediatric Cardiac Surgery ICU besides managing Paediatric Pulmonology Clinic.
His special interests include mechanical ventilation (conventional and advanced), lung salvage strategies in ARDS, Septic Shock and multi-organ dysfunction, Asthma etc. He was certified PALS instructor in 1997 in accordance with Standard of American Heart Association.
Dr Archana Kher: Paediatrics and Genetic Disorders

Dr Archana Kher worked for two decades in teaching hospitals of Mumbai before stepping into the world of private practice. Dr Shiv Prakash is one of India’s finest paediatric cardiac surgeons who has trained with Dr K M Cherian and in Australia before going on to serve at Amrita Insitute of Medical Sciences, Kochi for a long time. He now works at SevenHills Hospital, Mumbai where his magic hands have given life and hope to a multitude of children with complex congenital heart disorders. Dr Shah is one of India’s finest neurosurgeons who completed his undergraduate and post graduate training at Grant Medical College and Sir J.J group of hospitals, Mumbai before going on to enhance his skills in microsurgery at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. For twenty years he has been practising his skills at Bombay Hospital, Lilavati Hospital and other Institutes in Mumbai. His special interest is in the treatment of cerebro-vascular pathologies like aneurysms, skull base tumours and spinal fixations.
Dr Vibhor Pardasani:Neurologist

Dr. Vibhor Pardasani is a neurologist trained at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.. He has served as Assistant Professor in Neurology at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, New Delhi. He holds special interests in the management of stroke, and refractory epilepsy.
Dr. Pardasani has worked as a visiting neurologist at the Epilepsy Unit, King's College Hospital, London, where he was actively involved in the evaluation and management of difficult-to-treat epilepsy patients.

Dr. Avinash Date is a specialist in arthroscopy and Joint replacement. Over the years, he has gained vast experience in Trauma and arthroscopic surgeries. Dr Date has travelled to different countries including France, Australia and UK to refine his skills and gain more experience in Joint replacements, Revision surgeries and Hip resurfacing. He has also done his basic and advanced course in computer navigation surgery from Germany and UK.

Dr Thapar’s special interests are Laparoscopic and Gastrointestinal Surgery. He underwent special training in Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery at Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi and in Hepatobiliary Pancreatic (HPB) surgery at Asan Medical Centre, Seoul, Korea. He worked as Assistant professor and later as Associate Professor in Department of Surgery, KEM Hospital for more than 10 years before joining SevenHills Hospital.

Dr Ravi Ramakantan worked as Professor and Head - Department of Radiology, Seth G S Medical College, and King Edward Memorial Hospital Bombay from 1990 till 2010 before joining SevenHills Hospital. Though he is considered as the father of interventional radiology in India his first love remains Conventional Radiology. Dr. Ramakantan was one of the two finalists at the “Most Influential Radiology Educator” by “Aunt Minnie” Internet Poll 2004 and 2006. He has delivered the “Roentgen Oration” at the Indo-US Imaging Update – ‘Whither Conventional Radiology’, Hyderabad, November 2005.

Dr Deshmukh heads the Department of Radiology at KEM Hospital. Perhaps one of the finest interventional radiologists in the country, Dr Deshmuskh trains other radiologists in interventional radiological techniques all over Asia. During this time, she also served as Principal Investigator and Officer in Charge of the Regional Centre for Research in Human Reproduction of the Indian Council of Medical Research. Dr. Salvi has considerable experience in the field of high risk obstetrics.
Her special interests include helping women with pregnancy losses (abortions and stillbirths), medical disorders in pregnancy, gynaecological problems of adolescents, hormonal imbalance in gynaecological problems, providing conservative (non-surgical) and minimally invasive solutions for menstrual dysfunction and fibroids. Dr. Salvi is an Editorial Consultant for the Lancet.
